En las zonas comunes el olor era fuerte

酒店一开始住觉得离机场近很方便，但是到了各种多到奇葩离谱的事，

酒店规定多到奇葩，一会儿这个事一会儿那个事打电话，还要敲门要进来，说房间里有东西要取，一会儿又打电话说要给我换房间。真的离谱。 还有前台的态度真的好像拽的要死，欠钱一样 不能虚续住，说一定要第二天11:00前续住，第二天下去了和我说要拿id，我去拿了id又和我说要信用卡，不能一起说完吗

Poco housekeeping a las habitaciones una vez se ha registrado el huèsped, mal olor en algunas habitaciones (debo señalar que la notificarlo, nos cambiaron a una mas limpia)

Very nice looking inside and outside the facility. The property was very clean and smelt good. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

From my room the 9th floor, you could hear all the noise from the interstate all night. Even when you closed the window.

It’s close to my office.

There were roaches in my hotel room. I asked the front desk if the room could be checked they said they added some roach repellent however they were still coming. Front desk suggested to changed rooms however declined since I was only going to stay a couple more nights. Nothing else was suggested or offered a discount. Seemed that this situation happened before many times and wasn’t treated like a big deal.

1 constant noise from the highway. 2. parking costs \$20 per day. That's \$600 per month, the most expensive parking in LA. 3. cockroaches. Yes, this hotel has cockroaches, as if I were back in a hostel in Guatemala. 4. rude staff. When I asked for a change of room, I was denied.
