CNThe room is big and clean with kitchen, free private parking. It's very convenient to take bus to Venice main island, bus stop is 10 meters to the building, and it only takes 12 minutes from the bus stop to Venice.
The tobacco shop owner who sells the bus tickets 50 meters away from the apartment doesn't speak English, there will be some challenge to buy bus tickets if you don't speak Italian language.

GBVery clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. It was very well equipped and in a very convenient location as you could get the tram from right outside. The host was very communicative and helpful too.
We liked everything about the property, it was exactly what we needed and very good value for money, but the neighbours were quite noisy.

ROExcellent location, the tram that goes to Venice stops in front of the house, the bus is 2 minutes away. Parking was ok, cleaning was ok.
The apartment is decorated quite spartanly, it doesn't even have curtains on the windows. In the evening, if you don't open the shutters, those who pass by on the street look at you in the house. The towels had a strange smell.

Everything went as expected
ROA very nice place and comfortable location if you want to visit Venice (Venezia). The tram station that gets you into Venice is in front of the building and it takes like less than 20 minutes to get to the vaporetto/water bus. The apartment is very spacious and clean and has parking place - good to know if you are in transit by car. It is also not far from Marco Polo Airport. The self check in is easy to do and the host, Andrea, is very helpful. We booked for 2 nights and definitely we'll return in our holidays in Italy.
