nulla. prezzo elevato per una struttura pessima

tutto… porte finestre rotte, prese della corrente appese, ogni rumore, suono, sirena, urlo, strillo, litigio, bus, aerei e altri fastidi, li sentivi tutti per colpa di finestre sottili che tremavano in continuazione. non abbiamo dormito per niente

non c'erano posate, le pentole erano sporche, le prese elettriche fuori dalla scatola, il "climatizzatore" era in cucina, la pulizia era davvero scarsa, con la casa piena di polvere, non c'era detersivo per i piatti, poca chiarezza degli orari del check-in e check.out

Clean apartment and easy to contact host

Noisy neighbourhood so kept awake at night. Broken shower head and blocked washing machine on arrival but this was then fixed when we informed the host. Minimal cutlery in the kitchen and some plug sockets coming away from the wall so not very safe

Fairly close to the train station

It was a bad experience. First,when we arrived, we could not get the Main Street door open as when we called tbe number given to open the door, it said the number could not be reached. We finally got in with the help of a resident who lives in the flats. When we entered the actual accommodation, we noticed electrical sockets hanging from the wall with the wiring exposed. Also the description of the property said it was air conditioned but one bedroom only had fans. When my mother in law went to open a dresser drawer the front panel of the drawer came off in her hands. Then the power went out and we had no power or water in the shower. We contacted the manager via the booking.com messaging. He said we should knock on the neighbours door to ask for their key to the main electrical panel. It was past 10pm and we were not going to knock on doors. We asked the manager to come but he said he was on holiday. He later implied that we should not have used the kettle when the air conditioner was on!! There was no warning about that and it seems ridiculous. He sent no one around to help us. He said “good luck” getting a refund after I asked for one. He later offered to refund half our money if we did not leave any reviews about the property! .It was a very hot night in Bologna and there was no power which meant no air conditioning and no water coming through for a shower. Needless to say we looked for other accommodation the next morning.

Perfect location for our stay, walking distance to the center of town and the immediate area has everything you need in terms of supermarkets, bar and pastry shops, etc. The apartment itself was spacious and spotless! There is no living area but we didn't need it, the rooms are so big you can all hang out in one together.

This is the third property I've booked on Booking.com that advertises air conditioning but does not have a/c at all or does not have it in crucial areas like bedrooms. This apartment has a small a/c unit in the kitchen, way in the back, so you have to stand there to cool off. The two bedrooms had no a/c, windows had no screens so we couldn't keep them open but we wouldn't have anyway because of the noise from the main road. This was the only disappointing feature of this otherwise great stay.

one of the bed did not have sheets. we asked the staff to bring them but no one came. also , there is no living room in the apartment only two bedrooms and the kitchen
