Huele muy mal todo al apartamento, a cañerías, la ducha no se regula bien y el agua caliente dura muy poco, la vitro está rota por lo que es un poco peligroso cocinar

La persona que me recibió y me dio las llaves, Carmen, fue muy correcta. El estudio estaba limpio, tiene una buena ubicación, es luminoso, tiene dos balcones muy bonitos y la decoración interior es agradable.
Fue un desastre. Reservé con Booking para un fin de semana, pagué por adelantado sin derecho a rembolso y, después de pagar, la empresa propietaria del estudio quiso obligarme a firmar un contrato de alquiler que era indebido en varias cláusulas. Me generaron muchas molestias por este asunto antes y durante la estancia. Y también después, porque llevo días pidiendo una hoja de reclamaciones que aun no han puesto a mi disposición, como obliga la ley. Esto genera te genera muchísima INSEGURIDAD como cliente y te amarga el fin de semana. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Además, en cuanto al apartamento, el ascensor es verdaderamente cochambroso y da miedo subir en él; y la mezzanine es muy incómoda porque el techo queda demasiado bajo y la escalera por la que hay que trepar hasta la cama obliga a hacer un giro muy difícil al llegar arriba.

Location was perfect! Walk everywhere, and 2 metro stations close by. The apartment is airy and light, 2 huge floor to ceiling windows. The appliances are new (and there are manuals for everything), and the shower was good, even a towel warmer. It was spacious. The staff were awesome and helped any time we called. They even brought hangers! The kitchen has room to cook and a full size fridge. The apartment was sparkling clean inside our unit. The building was secure.
The loft bedroom would be fine for the under 40s, but for us it was a gamble. A steep narrow stairway to a loft you cannot stand up in. We slithered up the stairs and leapt into the bed, hoping for the best. And yet, for a young couple, I would recommend it. There is also a lot of noise, you can hear everything through the walls.
