Simfoni Comfy 3BR Suite@Kuah Langkawi

The location is convenient. The host is easier to communicate with. Cleanliness is acceptable. The beds are goods. Sofa are goods.

The unit need a lot of maintenance. The toilet seats for both toilets were spoiled, the toilet door of the master room also spoiled. The main entrance lock also seems insecure. We travelled with family, but only got 1 key, not convenient if someone want to stay in the condo for the facilities. Because the key is attached with the electricity sensor key and the parking card. All are tied up and unable to separate, make us very troublesome.

The apartment got swimming pool on 8th floor. Nice for small family stay. The unit also got nice sea view of the island.

Checkin experience was bad. Tv got no channel, need to setup local channel yourself. No free netflix unlike other homestay. Wifi was very slow. Both bathroom door was not maintained and cannot be closed properly, other can peep inside. Unit key and power switch was wire locked together, hence if you go out for a while like throwing trash, you will left the unit without power, very uncovenient. The only door lock available inside are small latch lock which is not very good for security at night.

I can easily get food from restaurants around the area. All within waking distance.

The unit we got was a little bit run down and dirty. Cleanliness can be a lot better.
