Location and views are very nice. The spa pool is excellent and private parking big bonus

No sound proofing, if you are are unlucky and have noisy neighbours then… Also there is a bar just opposite that plays music quite loudly all day long and if the music does not suit you taste again….

Everything.Location, high standard of all the furniture, fittings and kitchen equipment. Patio doors from lounge and bedroom onto extremely well equipped large L shaped terrace with sea and lake views. Air con/heating, constant hot water, generous supply of towels, beach towels, dressing gowns, well stocked fridge of essential and extra treats on arrival. Security, allotted parking space, direct access to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets all very close. Was able to make direct contact with the owner at any time. Use of small indoor pool/spa (not warm enough for outdoor one). Large tv in lounge plus tv in bedroom. Good internet and streaming services. Excellent storage and homely extras such as mirrors, pictures, clocks, ornaments and flowers. I think this is probably the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in. Thank you Konstantin.

Would have preferred duvet instead of blankets but that is just personal preference and being there out of season when much cooler than summer.

La ubicación, al lado de la playa literal. La tranquilidad, la limpieza del apartamento y que era super acogedor para los 3. Además del trato recibido desde el momento de la reserva.

Pondría un pero en el tema de abastecimiento de papel higiénico (solo un rollo), no teníamos gel de ducha (aunque había dispensador) y muy poco gel de manos.

Ausblick.

Geschirr war Minderwertig Bzw. unbrauchbar. Mussten uns neue Pfanne kaufen. Leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber.

We loved our stay in apartment 39B on the 9th floor. The seaview was spectacular and we enjoyed some lovely sunrises over the sea. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Our family of 3 were comfortable on the sofa bed and the king bed. The apartment was very quiet and we slept really well. If we had the patio door open we could listen to the waves lapping on the beach, something I will miss listening to at night. The host was very helpful in arranging a private transfer from the airport and helped with getting groceries delivered through Mercadona. The Aguamarina bus stop was just around the corner which was great to catch the bus into Calpe town and to travel to the tram station to travel further afield to Altea and Denia. We would return in a heartbeat.

Appartement tout confort, beaucoup de rangement, il ne manque rien, parking privé et vue sur la mer de votre lit, grande piscine et petite piscine chauffé pendant l'hivers. Le batiment Hippocampos est néttoyé tous les jours . L'acces directement a la promenade et la mer et aux restaurants ! Il ne manque rien ! et la terrasse est spacieuse . Equipement de cuisine complet . Les photos correspondent completement à l'appartement .

Dit appartement voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. Eigenaar gaf goede uitleg en was zeer behulpzaam. Niets dan lof over het appartement zelf. Alles was er aanwezig en om naar het strand en boulevard te gaan was dichtbij. Fantastisch balkon met zitje, ligbedden en bank, op allerlei manieren was het er heerlijk verpozen.

Enig minpunt was het toch wel gehorige karakter van het gebouw, waarbij de lift (tegenover onze deur) enorm veel geluid maakte. Dat was vooral in de nacht weleens hinderlijk. De conciërge heeft zijn best gedaan maar het was een constructief probleem en kon niet op korte termijn worden opgelost.

La ubicación esta bien, hay un Mercadona cerca, las instalaciones del apartamento están muy bien. El apartamento tiene parking privado, la terraza es espectacular....!!

En febrero hay pocos restaurantes abiertos por la zona, supongo que en verano estará mejor, el SPA de la comunidad tiene el agua fria, por lo demás las instalaciones están muy bien, cuidado con las gaviotas desayunan y te limpian la mesa sin permiso....!!??
