It’s clean and quiet and the showers are hot. I loved the snacks and daytime staff we courteous.

Slow WiFi and having to wait 40 minutes for loo paper.

Really good location, lovely staff and we were well looked after.

The rooms are a little outdated - it's like lots has gone into making the downstairs area and lobby modern but this doesn't match the rooms BUT they were clean and did the job

Good breakfast with kind waiter. Easy to check in. Well located. Bed was comfortable.

Toilet was old and with humidity, not properly cleaned either. High price and hotel is not that good.

Rooms are not noise proof,There is railways station so honking of trains you might here in night and day

Location was wonderful, and the place was clean and secure. The staff was super friendly as well. As an LGBTQ+ couple this was a very safe space.

The staff was lovely and very responsive. I also enjoyed the bright decor, the online chat feature, and room service.

They did not have my reservation in their records when I arrived so I had to wait while they found me a room. Then the room that I received was on the first floor without a proper window and so was a bit dark and dreary. They also did not have any of the streaming platforms available on the TV in my room. Tried to download Prime Video but it wouldn't launch. A few more non-Indian snacks that are cooked and safe to eat on the menu would also be great for anyone dealing digestive issues. I ended up just ordering the french fries again and again.

Best Bank for your buck! This place has all the basic essentials and very well maintained. Worth it.
