Friendly staff but u can tell they deal with alot of jerks.

I reserved a smoking room and they had non-smoking rooms I have bad feet had to keep going outside to smoke it said the deposit was $20 it was $40 had to pay for ice no ice bucket had to use a bag and there was bugs in the room it also said it had a microwave they didn't

Yes once upon Check in the manager was very rude and looked at me like I was a Mexican. Probably because I am Mexican. He ran my card two times said it was declined but he tried to charged me more than he was supposed to do, it was 88.50 he charged me 94 or 50 he tried to get away with it. My card was he had said, yet I was charged 94.50 I sat in the parking lot trying to figure it out he denied charging me I called booking.com they said they see he collected the money the property collected the money but I was refuse to be given a room I had no place to stay so I was out of money and had to sleep in my car and still waiting for an outcome very rude man his name was Andy from India I thought that's his real name.

Not to stay there after that experience.
