The amenities are close by.

The facility is not clean. There were insects crawling on the wall. One side of the bed appeared that it has not been swept in a long time.

Over all the MM hotel is clean. Staff are warm & accommodating, hardworking and respectful. The owners are low profile and hands on in training their staff. The food is superb. The Chef works with passion. The Receptionist makes extra effort to assist us and other guests as well.

I stayed more than 45 days in MM hotel last Jan to Mar 16, 2023, there are times that we smell cigar smoke in our toilet. The heater is not functioning well. Sometimes water interruption but took only 30 mins or less. There are few baby roaches. But staff are fast in making solution for this.

The venue is accessible.

The check-in staff was not accommodating. Didn’t even see her smile at all. The first room that was given to us was problematic since the door alarmed, it was because the batteries need to be replaced. We were assigned a new room but the hot shower wasn’t working. There were small cockroaches also.
