Beautiful apartment within a short walking distance of main city centre

Having to leave a deposit then try and get it refunded Not sure how a deposit like that can work when no one is there to check the apartment on arrival , it made us feel like we were walking on eggshells for the duration of our stay which slightly spoilt it as it’s such a lovely apartment in a great location

Our apartment was on the ground floor (there is another apartment above this one). It is comfortable, it's placed in a quite very green district. it takes only 10 minutes of walking to the Zoo and Tivoli park. Close there is a supermarket and a bus stop (5 bus stops from the center). In the apartment there is a modern well-equipped kitchen

The bedroom is really very small, the bed is pushed against the wall. In the apartment there is no wardrobe and a chest of drawers is in a living room.

The apartment is very clean, huge, and the big windows into the backyard are beautiful

Location was as described, but quite far from city centre - though easily accessible by public transport. The listing stated access to a washing machine but there wasn’t one in the suite when we arrived. I messaged the host that night to inquire and did not hear back from them until the next morning after check out, they stayed it was a mistake in the listing. Understandable, but disappointing for us as that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. After booking the host asked us to download a separate app, which also charged us a service fee, which wasn’t ideal. Check in instructions were not very clear as they appear to have two suites to rent with different instructions, but we weren’t able to tell which ones to follow. It wasn’t a huge deal, just took about 10 minutes of fumbling around when we arrived to get inside. The bed in the main room was quite squeaky and the door doesn’t close to the bedroom as it runs into the bed frame, wasn’t a problem for us but may be a factor if more than two people are staying there. Overall it was a good experience and nice for us to relax and reset, but we wanted to provide some feedback to the hosts in hopes of further improving future stays. Thanks!
