Excellent location. Well appointed accommodation, decor, facilities excellent. Felt high end. Communication with hosts, professional, friendly and thoughtful. Which added to the overall satisfaction score.

Everything was perfect - probably the best short rental we have ever had!

There was nothing we didn’t like - it was just perfect

We especially like the character of the flat - the wooden floorboards and beams, beautiful art work and winding stairs with all the books and lamps, tea lights in little nooks. The four-poster in the large bedroom with fairylights and the buddha is a great touch, and my teen daughter found sanctuary in her lovely, brightly coloured bedroom - bed was so comfy she said and loved being in there! The living room is set out well with games and everything you woulld want. Handy having the extra WC separate from the bathroom and the kitchem felt like the 'hub' - warm lighting and really like the sage colour theme (and coffee machine!!). Attention to detail with laundry tabs, dishwasher, soap etc...and gorgeous paintings, wall-art throughout. The views are picturesque and the churchyard trees provide privacy Thank you so so much. A wonderful birthday treat! 💫

What's not to like?!

Good location close to restaurants and pubs with Exe Estuary Trail nearby. Parking c5 minutes walk

Location is great (but as expected, because I used to live in Topsham!!). Easy access to Exeter, Exmouth by train. Good (if pricey) local shops (check whether Co-op is still closed for refurb though) and great restaurant/eateries. Lovely walks along the estuary and pretty sunsets..

Minor point - it would be helpful to have a complete list of what's provided in the kitchen. Otherwise, nothing.
