GBGBGBThe property was absolutely spotless and everything was ready to walk-in without concerns. There were plenty of rooms and beds to support the needs of the group. We had booked a Grimsby fishing trip and the property was perfect for us. Innocent (landlord) messaged me weeks ago that he would contact me on the day (I'd forgotten) and he did without fail. Texts and messages to reassure that the booking was trouble free along with his to get into the house. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos but they would have been exactly as shown on the listing.
The only concern was the location of the house and we couldn't find keys to open the windows (I'm sure if I'd remembered to message Innocent he'd have sorted it out). But this property was the best in the street and once you walk inside the door all the troubles go away. We wouldn't use this as a reason to not book again as the property was brilliant for the price.
