Tutto. Soggiorno indimenticabile. Ospitalità ed accoglienza al top. Casa stupenda, finemente arredata, ricca di storia e dettagli. Giardino e spazio all'aperto meravigliosi. Gigi e Franca eccezionali.

Gîte très vaste avec beaucoup d espace ,réalisé avec grand soin et très bien équipé mais surtout le plus important la grande gentillesse des propriétaire très sympathiques et toujours disponibles et avec qui nous avons pris un long apéritif Et pour compléter ces plaisirs visite du caveau avec dégustation de leur vin que nous avons trouvé excellent et qui a accompagné notre repas

Our stay at Dimora Perla di Villa – Spacious Wine Estate Retreat near Bernina Express was truly one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Luigi and Franca welcomed us personally and immediately made us feel not just like guests, but like people invited into a place with soul, history, and family warmth. They gave us a thoughtful introduction to the house, the estate, and the story behind this beautiful property. Every detail inside the house is chosen with remarkable taste: the design, the furniture, the atmosphere, and the small touches all create a very special feeling. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and everyone in our family slept wonderfully. We also had the chance to try their wine, which made the experience even more connected to the region. In the morning, Luigi gave us a fascinating tour and told us about the winery, the family history, the area, and the old watermill, which we sincerely hope will one day be brought back to life again. What makes this place exceptional is that you feel a real connection to the land, the traditions, and the people who care for it. We were also very grateful for the excellent food recommendations — pizzoccheri, sciatt, bresaola, and the local Valtellina wine were all fantastic. We left with warm memories, deep gratitude, and the feeling that families like Luigi, Franca, Luca, and Marco make the world a better and more welcoming place.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was wonderful, and even the small details showed care, taste, and hospitality.

Wonderful setting, and beautifully maintained with some great unexpected extras like bikes to use.

Luigi e Franca sono stati gentilissimi. Ci hanno accolto e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. L'appartamento è spaziosissimo, con 3 camere da letto molto confortevoli. La cucina è super attrezzata e abbiamo apprezzato il welcome kit con prodotti freschi e di stagione, nonché caffè e the per ogni gusto. Torneremo sicuramente.

The few days I spent in this house left me with only positive impressions. The house is cozy, spacious, and very comfortable — it has everything needed for a pleasant stay and a full living experience. Attention to detail is evident everywhere: from the comfortable furniture to the cleanliness and order. The location of the house turned out to be convenient — a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close to major attractions and shops. The atmosphere inside creates a sense of coziness and tranquility, which is especially valuable after a busy day. The hosts showed care and hospitality, were always available, and ready to help with any questions. Overall, this house was an excellent choice for my stay, and I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a good mood during their travels or a short stop.
