Great communication with the owners prior to & after our stay. So clean, tidy & comfortable. Easy access front & rear of the property

Slightly uncomfortable mattress in the small bedroom. I mentioned this to the owner, who has arranged to have it replaced before the next guests arrive.

We had a great stay at this holiday rental. The place was spotless, comfortable, and very easy to access. Everything was exactly as described, which made the stay stress-free. Raymond and Alice were lovely hosts, friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment was in a good location & great to have a parking space

Our rooms got mixed up as we were sent the wrong details. But Raymond was super quick to sort it out. The apartment is definitely in need of a deep clean & a bit of tlc but was pleasant enough

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location near to the seafront, with it's own parking space. The flat was spotlessly clean, really warm during our winter stay and really well laid out. There was even a lovely Christmas tree! It was fantastic having two bathrooms and the showers were great. We were a stone's throw from the sea front, and to shops and restaurants, but being opposite the park meant it was really quiet at night. The metro was a short walk away, so easy to get into Newcastle or explore the coast. Fantastic value for money for our winter weekend away and highly recommended.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
