Sunshine Apartment - Appartamento Vicino al Mare, Cagliari, Sardinia

Hands down I'll book it again because it was perfect. Positioned in a super quiet area although very cwnreal it's massive for just two people and we only used part of it in fact. It's in a super strategic area, very residential and close to everything from restaurants to bar to the city center and bus stops. There is also a dedicated parking space that is super useful. The apartment is extremely clean and new it has everything you need if you feel lazy and eat in or you order a takeaway. The host is super helpful and nice. Super happy to give you local tips too and surprised us wirh local cookies, prosecco and water.

Очень понравилось, квартира хорошая, удобная, 3 балкона, 2 ванных комнаты, что очень удобно для компании, квартира оборудована всем необходимым, чистая, светлая, просторная, находится в 2-х минутах от автобусной остановки, 5-10 минут и в на пляже. Владелец очень приветливый, и всегда на связи, поможет, подскажет если что-то нужно в городе Кальяри, если что-то нехватает в квартире то владелец очень быстро вам привезёт.

I like this apartment. It’s very cosy and clean, nice position to the centre not far from. Host is very friendly and nice.

Big apartment and in a quiet area

Beautifully renovated, modern apartment with air conditioning and strong WiFi. It has two bathrooms, three balconies, two bedrooms, and a spacious living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need for a convenient stay. The dedicated parking lot is very valuable if you are traveling by car. Carmen is helpful and a welcoming host. Thank you for the kind welcome drink! :) I highly recommend the apartment for your stay in Cagliari!

Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. The old town centre is at around half an hour walking distance which is not necessarily a disadvantage, but good to know.

-The property has it”s own parking slot -Apartment has all equipment that you could need just name it.It is newly renovated flat& everything is good quality central air con ,security entrance door.and even 3 balconies.2 bedrooms great kitchen and big fridge with cooler Good comfortable beds,good quality towels .wifi works great!2 separate bathrooms 1 of them is master bedroom ideally for families with children.Our Host Carmen and his husband were super nice i couldn’t ask anything that she was not able to assist,Carmen always answer super fast to sms and she helped us with tips and even made us reservations to some local restaurants which obviously was big help for us.We didn’t know but we could rent car and scooters from them Their price much attractive than big firms will do next .I am a very experienced traveler 50 years old so i Recommend this flat and the host .Thank you dear Carmen for treating us so nice 🙌 God bless
