Hotel Rising Star With Garden With Private Parking Near To Mall Road

Proche du centre ville. Je suis resté une 2ème nuit, j'ai eu la chambre 102 qui est grande et lumineuse. Il y a le soleil jusqu'en milieu de journée. Calme.

Éviter les chambres 104 et 105 qui donnent sur la rue. Il n'y avait pas l'eau suite aux inondations, j'ai eu deux seau d'eau.

Staff behaviour was so miserable While checking they asked for food bill , we paid them And while were Heading back to our hometown We recieved a call from staff says sir we forgot to add up some left over charges in final bill please pay if asap We paid it And again i got call from staff states sir again we forgot to add last night dinner charges I mean what the hell Secondly , no one helped us to pick up luggage from room while checking out as room was on third floor Thirdly they also have incomplete items in menu u ask for lemon they will we don’t have U ask for table fan they will say we only have one will is already occupied

Very bad no fan available in the rooms

Nothing... All are very Very poor quality service and bad staff

Very Very bad poor quality hotel and hotel rooms, no facility for car parking, it's property not safe for family specially for kids and ladies, it's hotel's all staff and manager are unprofessional and BADTAMEEZ staff and manager,they all misbehave with my family, and it's hotel's food's are very poor quality and more expensive. So please don't stay in this hotel.One of my children was stolen from the hotel by a woman. Luckily we found our child but the hotel staff was laughing at us and refused to check the cameras. We suspect that these people are also in cahoots with them.

I like the play area and location with balcony also

I didn't like the garden area
