Hilaritas Sea View Suites in Kefalonia with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

We loved everything about Hilaritas.The villa itself was unique.Beautiful setting.We arrived in the afternoon and the rain was relentless.Lovely George met us,and helped with the luggage.Showed us around explaining everything.The following morning we woke to a lovely suprise.Zante wasn't far away yet the day before it wasn't visible 😂😂.They view is Amazing.Then we where introduced to Vicky.George's wife and Nikos's mum.Nikos and his wife Emily run the business along with George and Vicky.Who are the maintenance team also.On hand 24/7.We cannot praise this villa enough.If you are after a lovely quite holiday.A car is a must as nearest shops are 8 to 10 mins away in the car.THANK YOU to the whole family for what you gave us.A wonderful 6 night stay.We will be back 100%❤️❤️❤️❤️

The property was lovely and well appointed. It has a view out to the shore. Plenty of spots to sit out in the sun on the patio to relax. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Incredibly beautiful house and view, exactly as described (actually even more beautiful) Emilia and George were great and very fast in communicating and advising where to visit and explore

Amazing pool and terrace. House is very modern and well decorated. Everything needed is there!

Das ist eine ganz besondere Unterkunft mit wundervollen Gastgebern! Die Kommunikation mit Emily war super. Ihr Schwiegervater hat uns persönlich begrüßt und auch wieder verabschiedet bei der Abreise. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen riesigen frischen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein; beides hervorragend. Alles war makellos sauber. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet. Dazu hat sie einen besonderen Charakter durch die Möbel, die Emilys Schwiegervater selbst gemacht hat. Ganz toll war auch der wundervolle Duft der Kosmetikartikel. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeber ihr Herz und ihr Können in das Appartement gesteckt haben. Es ist alles so, wie auf den Bildern. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen!

Very clean, new villa, nice view, easy to park, but overall not what we expected, especially at this price, in our trip in kefalonia we had another stays much much better.

On the facilities list there was written hot tube. The "hot tube" is not heated, it is a COLD tube. When I asked the owner about this, he told me that the villa has a jacuzzi and not a hot tube. Show him the picture in the booking and he told me it wasn't him who wrote that there. Anyways, I never met a cold jacuzzi before, but the owner was talking to me like I was the crazy one... ok... Booked this villa for the "jacuzzi" and used it for 5 6 minutes because the water was too cold to stay in it. Another thing that I think is not acceptable in Greece in AUGUST is that the A/C is working just when you are at home. When you leave, if you want to lock the door, everything shuts down. If you come back from beach in the afternoon, good luck with that. Dont recommend at all.

Meravigliosa casa piena di comodità e relax. La vista è splendida, la casa arredata con gusto e piena di tutti i comfort. A pochi minuti in auto dalla bellissima Mounda beach, dal porticciolo di Katelios, dalle passeggiate e la vita serale di Skala. Questa zona di Cefalonia ci è piaciuta molto, ricca di vegetazione e profumi. Emilia è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha consigliato ristoranti in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, vino, frutta, olio locale (buonissimo), cialde per il caffè, creme/shampoo e ricariche per lavastoviglie e lavatrice, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, 1 ombrellone da portare in spiaggia. Terrazzo grande e piscina perfetta per 4 persone, ha anche l’idromassaggio. Un luogo semplicemente ricco di pace e good vibes.

From the moment we arrived at Hilaritas Villa, we knew we were somewhere special. Emily, our host, greeted us with a warmth and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. She had thoughtfully prepared a generous welcome — a beautiful fruit basket, two bottles of wine, and delicious chocolates — a gesture that set the tone for our stay. Her attentiveness and genuine care made her the ultimate host. The villa itself was perfectly located near stunning beaches and boasted breathtaking views, making it the ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration alike.

The only downside was that we eventually had to say goodbye to this little slice of paradise.
