Price was very reasonable. Bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless. The room was as advertised, small bedroom with larger than expected ensuite. It was perfect for our needs.

The only fault I could find with the room was that the kitchen area was not accessible to me as it was on another floor which would have meant I would have to carry food down the stairs.

A central but quiet location, easy to find, close to a beautiful park and also within easy walking distance of the lovely town centre of Boston, in Lincolnshire, a town with so much history, and riverside walks. Breakfast was a bonus as it was not included in description but cereals, milk and fruit were provided in addition to tea/coffee making facilities (as were cup a soup and cereal bars) . This was particularly appreciated as I had wondered where I might have been able to get breakfast on a Sun morning (prior to attending an event starting at 1000 hrs).

I would have liked to be able to open the bedroom window (which was locked). However, if I had asked, I am sure that it might have been possible to resolve. I found the key box "fiddly" and was not able to open (at the end of my stay, when trying to do so for leaving my key). The situation was quickly dealt with (with landlady being on site and readily available/willing to deal with and resolve, quickly and easily).

Host was fantastic, Was made to feel very welcome overall an excellent stay
