Great location by the beach and easy to walk to all amenities, private car parking fabulous as St Anne’s is difficult to park especially when the weathers good, just very helpful it’s our second visit.

Good location just off the seafront/near to town centre, on-site parking, modern, comfortable facilities, good, prompt, friendly communication from the owners.

Found the key cabinet hard to use. We hit our knees on the bed base several times, which was quite painful.

Apartment very nice & clean and in a excellent location the only downside it's on the first floor up a flight of stairs, otherwise ideal for two + 2 pooches, the host very good at responding if you have a problem

Sink in shower room very very small

Excellent accomodation, walking distance to lovely Lytham pubs and restaurants, and short bus ride to the madness of Blackpool. 😁 Andy was extremely helpful 👍 would definitely return

Comfortable, clean well equipped and dog friendly. Location fantastic just a two minute walked to the beach, and town centre very close. Park up and everything in walking distance.

Lovely little apartment. Great location with the added bonus of a parking space . Liked the layout of the apartment . Had everything needed for a short break . Would definitely stay here again

We had trouble with the boiler it kept flashing up with error 1 which stopped the heating and hot water from working . Also the dining chair pads were not fixed to the frames .

Location near the front and close to relatives we were visiting. Large parking space easily accommodating our long estate car. Comfortable and cozy. The owners were very attentive without being intrusive and were quickly responsive to questions and offered kind support. For example, it snowed quite heavily during our stay and unprompted they asked if we were ok and offered an additional night’s stay, as the accommodation was available, at no cost rather than have us travel in bad weather. As it happened the weather cleared before we left but the offer was greatly appreciated.
