Zona muy tranquila, aparcamiento fácil al frente, apartamento bastante amplio. Hay cafetera y café, lavadora, secadora, nevera.

Las camas y la ropa de cama, muy mal. La ropa de cama parece vieja. Algo así como si fuese la que han usado los propietarios por muchos años y luego la han dejado para el alquiler, o las han comprado de segunda mano o algo así. Las fundas de las almohadas estaban amarillentas, o bien por el uso, o bien porque no las lavan bien, o bien, porque no las habían lavado desde hace un tiempo. Los edredones están sin funda, y sólo ponen una sábana muy fina bajo el edredón, con lo cual se pega al final al cuerpo de uno con el movimiento. El sofá cama del salón está bastante roto, y huele un poco mal. A mi hija, que durmió en el sofá cama la ha picado algún tipo de bicho esa noche mientras dormía y no ha sido mosquito, porque es tiempo de mucho frío para que haya mosquitos. Deberían comprar cosas nuevas para un alquiler así, es desagradable dormir con esas ropas de cama.

The apartment is practical, comfortable and very clean. I really appreciated that the space wasn’t cluttered with unnecessary decoration, which made it easy to place my own belongings. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and the layout is functional and pleasant. The location is quiet with easy parking right outside, and the building feels new and well maintained. Check‑in was simple, and the host responded quickly to any questions or small issues. Small touches like water in the fridge were very welcome. Supermarkets such as ALDI and LIDL are close by, as well as several bars and the hospital, which makes the apartment very convenient for both leisure and work‑related stays. Overall, a cosy and well‑equipped apartment in a calm neighbourhood, suitable for both short and longer visits.

The kitchen could use more crockery and basic utensils. For guests who prefer to cook, the limited amount of plates and kitchenware is noticeable.
