Not enough pillow for 3 pax. The care taker said it was late notice that we had additional pax and that in fact, we communicated it 2 days prior to the check-in date.

Aircon is not working well. The water drips from it, We collected around 2 gallons for the whole night. Since the aircon is above the bed no one was able to sleep there. Also the property says it has two rooms, but it is only a 1 bedroom apartment. Although the owner is accommodating, no refund/change room was made.

- Host and staff were responsive - Was able to accommodate us to our preferred building tower - Good location when you want to attend a conference at SMX or concert at MOA Arena - Lots of convenience stores and other stores nearby

- Building is infested with cockroaches. Not specific to the room or host's problem though, since that's a property-wide issue - Had to wait around 40 minutes for the staff to arrive, check in, and take us to the assigned room - Had to wait 2 hours for the internet to work - Bring your own toiletries. Only a roll of tissue is provided. - TV has no cable, TV remote is missing, and microwave is not working - Room could use a deep cleaning and the wallpaper is peeling off

None!.The worse place I ever stayed in manila. Room is so dirty, cockroaches are everywhere. No hot water in the shower and dirty. Also room smells filthy. The only thing that is good is walking distance from MOA.
