Very responsive host. Excellent check in instructions - clear and precise. Great location close to the sea front, the pier and restaurants in Kemptown. Easy access with lockbox. Spacious interior with tasteful decoration. We would definitely return for another stay.

Location and spacious

The flat was cosy. It’s location is good, it’s about 10mins walk to Sealife, about 25mins walk to Brighton railway station.

It’s a basement flat and there’s mouse in the garden. And the upstairs neighbour are quite noisy. TV didn’t really work.

The flat was lovely, very spacious, everything you would need was there. The garden was very pretty, just a shame the weather was rubbish. Nice touch of coffee, tea, sugar and milk and some fresh sunflowers. It's very close to seafront, pier and bus route.

I am afraid I hurt my leg on the bed base which was metal on the first night, it's still very sore, so was on my guard after that.
