When it rained the lift does not work and I am 66 so I do not want to climb 7 floors of stairs and I will not be going there again

A recent stay at a hotel in Da Nang was an exceptional experience thanks to the remarkable staff. Starting with the assistance provided by Hứa Bình Phương Chi, her support throughout the stay was incredible. Her excellent command of English made communication easy, and her quick response to requests was impressive. The organized tours allowed guests to see the best parts of Da Nang. Her professionalism and dedication made the trip unforgettable. Also noteworthy is Hồ Thế Đức. His support in addressing various everyday concerns added convenience. His eagerness to assist guests created a positive atmosphere during the stay.

The only downside was that more thorough housekeeping would be desirable. However, the hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning time in Da Nang!

The hotel is very well located — it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach, about 18 minutes to the Dragon Bridge, and approximately 15 minutes by car to the airport. There are many cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and we appreciated having a washing machine. The rooftop pool was clean and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. Children will especially enjoy it, as it's not very large.

There was no drying rack — without buying one ourselves, the washing machine was practically useless. The kitchen equipment was insufficient — no dish soap or sponge, no drinking glasses or large cups, only two small mugs. Cleaning was done daily, but the floors remained dirty. One day, the cleaning staff even didn’t finish cleaning and left a pile of dirt in the middle of the living room. Some towels had permanent stains. Another day, water leaked from the bathroom ceiling directly above the toilet, which made it unusable until the next evening when the issue was fixed — but no one offered an apology. On our last day, the receptionist wrongly accused us of losing two extra towels, which had actually been taken earlier by the cleaning staff during a routine exchange. Unfortunately, she didn’t believe us and forced us to pay a fine of 150,000 VND. As we were in a rush to get to the airport, we didn’t have time to argue. Besides, her English was poor, and any attempt to explain further seemed pointless. Unfortunately, this left us with a disappointing overall experience.

Nice location

Strange checkout experience. The front desk guy translated something that said: "you hurt the towels and the pot so we must punish you". He had photos of a pot in the room that had scratches in the bottom and a dirty towel... We didn't use the pot and if the towel was dirty it was because it was on their dirty floor.. My wife found bugs all over the cutting board when we checked in, and the couch had visible stains all over it. That's fine just don't try to shake down your guests on checkout.

Terrible hotel, do not stay here.

This hotel is poorly located with constant street noise and machinery. The rooms are stark, cold and dark unlike the advertised photos. The pool area had nothing, no seating, no towels and very uninviting. I couldn't wait to leave this place. The bed is hard with no extra pillows. The air conditioning vent is located inside apartment by bathroom so constantly pushing hot air in with large opening to street that cannot be closed off so heat, noise and pollution all entering apartment.
