GBGBThe family studio room was brilliant, clean and actually bigger than it looks on the photos. Little kitchenette had all you needed, perfect for us as a family stopover. Harry was a superb host, giving us a full briefing and then jumping behind the bar, serving us our first pint at the lovely pub downstairs. The highlight however was certainly the fantastic team in the kitchen and Reggie’s brilliant recommendations. Our family of 4 had different dishes and they were all delicious. Highly recommended.
It is on the village high street, so we needed to close the windows in the evening to reduce noise. It did then get a little hot with a full family. A fan or two might have been nice. Probably not an issue most of the year when it is cooler.
GBWe had a 1 night stay on our way to Cornwall. Lovely flat, very clean, photos do not do it justice. Located above an old character pub. Food was excellent, with good vegetarian choices. Good selection of Ales. Pub beautifully decorated with charm & character. We travelled with our teenage son and a dog. Within short distance for walks and the village old tithe barn, which has been restored. All in all, family & dog friendly, would highly recommend.
Road directly outside pub quite busy but did not affect our stay.
GBVery spacious modern apartment in a fantastic country pub. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and drink in the pub. Much better than staying in some corporate hotel.

TZWhat a fantastic stay we had, everything was perfect, the lad who greeted us in the pub was so nice. The room was just what we wanted, myself son husband and dog had a great stay. The food was also fantastic. The room was so clean and loved the decor.
Can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe a fan in the room, it was quite warm.
