We were passing through Jaén and chose these apartments because of their convenient location near the city center. The apartment is not far from the old town and can be easily reached by bus, with a bus stop situated right next to the building. An important advantage is the availability of parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The surrounding area was quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Jaén.

A good apartment overall in reasonable location. Rocio was excellent in helping us sort out a few problems, patient and helpful.

Was a bit complex finding the property, partly because it seemed very much in a student apartment area, which was confusing. Most significantly, was that it was not easy to realise where the key box was, and we would not have known this was a key box if never having used one like this before (which we hadn't): a photograph would have been helpful.
