Clean,. comfortable, had everything you needed, great location and good value for money. Being pet friendly is a massive bonus. Would definitely book again. Great communication from owners too.

One very very minor detail, there was only 1 fork and there were 4 of us, so had to keep using spoons lol but it didn't spoil the stay.

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, huge TV, good internet.

Only one fork, no paper towels or napkins, no shampoo, minimal towels. Also big issue trying to check in without agreeing to facial recognition with some Verify Me program. Eventually the host resolved it, but it took 45 minutes. This should not be required, or if it is, it should state that in the listing description.

The house was exceptionally clean and tidy.

The check in time was wrongly advertised on booking.com and it wasn't until I got details from the company close to my stay that I discovered this. I asked them to honour the 3pm check in time as advertised and was told that their check in was 4pm and early check in was £30. They did say they could investigate for me, but no one came back to me, I had to keep chasing and had to start at square one with each new person i dealt with, as each person would just tell me that the standard check in time was 4pm. There was only 1 bath towel for 3 adults staying. 1 fork in the cutlery drawer and no kitchen towels at all. A very minor thing, there was no tea or coffee which every other place I have rented, there has been.

The hosts were amazing, kept in touch before, after and during our stay. Couldn't fault them at all (which was really useful especially as I had a few eejit moments 😂🤦🏼‍♀️). The accommodation was nice, clean and suitable for my party of three plus dog.

There wasn't anything that would stop us from renting the property again, although we did find that parking was in short supply. That is just the nature of the area though and outwith control of the property owners.
