The lift to the pool area did not work so we were unable to access the pool area.

Sicherheit durch Gesichtserkennung und Fingerabdruck sehr gut gewährleistet. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Der Ausblick fantastisch, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Betten und Bettdecke sehr gut und neuwertig. Bad sehr sauber und ordentlich. Und endlich mal KEINE weißen Handtücher !!

Kleiner Hinweis: Wir hatten tatsächlich einen Tag Regen und trotz geschlossenen Fenstern in der Loggia hat es rein geregnet. Nicht so schlimm, kann man von den Fliesen aufwischen, aber vielleicht lässt sich da nachbessern.

The apartment is clean and the view is amazing like heaven

very nice little apartment with beautiful views, but privately owned. It is not a hotel. Nice security people.

Even after 3 pm the apartment had not been ready with still some cleaning needing to be done. Communication somewhat difficult, with emails suddenly disappearing from my inbox. All in all more than 1 hr for checkin, security procedures etc.
