Beautiful layout, nice touches with coffee pods and detergent. Very cheap toiletries

"Nice apartment in a cute neighborhood that is not worth $250 a night given the issues mentioned."

The apartment was in a very since location, was easy to access, and had a pleasant layout. Linens were plentiful and clean.

The halls (and somewhat in the apartment) smelled of marijuana. The apartment is not furnished effectively (no dresser and lacking a table in the eating area), and items such as the ceiling fans, exhaust fan cover and HVAC intake in hallway were very dirty. Finally, the parking garage had a $50 uncharge which was not clear on the listing.

"Glad I selected this apartment and my complaints are minor in comparison to the value I received."

Clean, modern apartment with Broad Ripple restaurants close by and a full-service grocery also nearby. I would have given this a higher rating if they had explained the check in procedure in advance.

Check in procedure was not well described. The parking was also not well described. I had to get up and out by 7 AM to feed the meter. Lacked cleaning supplies, sponges, etc., plus thin toilet paper.

"Great place !"

Location was great so many restaurants, shops etc within walking distance. Property was clean, bed was very comfortable love the ceiling fan. Great view.

Sofa was small and a little uncomfortable for watching tv.

Beautiful apartment- very comfortable. Also good location in the heart of Broad Ripple. Walking distance to everything.

Parking is a little challenging. Pay to park in the garage.

"It was a place to sleep and that was the extent I could hear the people above my unit walking around and late at night"
