The studio flat was really clean. The position is excellent, just 1 minute away from the Promenade. The staff were really polite and did the extra mile to help us.

instructions regarding use of the shower. It should probably written on a visible area in the bathroom or on the door.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at the Studio Apartment - The Sapphire. Upon arrival, I found the premises covered in scaffolding, which was not disclosed in the listing or during the booking process. This significantly impacted my stay, as the obstruction detracted from the advertised experience. I have attached a photo of the scaffolding for your reference. *In addition to this undisclosed issue, I encountered several other problems:* 1. *No WiFi*: The listing promised WiFi, but it was entirely unavailable during my stay (see attached photo). 2. *Faulty Television*: The television produced sound but displayed no image, rendering it unusable (photo attached). 3. *Unresponsive Host*: The WiFi and TV issues were reported to the host immediately, but I received no acknowledgment or resolution. 4. *Heavily Worn Beddings*: The linens and pillows were severely frayed and stained, compromising hygiene and comfort (photo attached). 5. *Dirty Premises*: The shower and bathroom were littered with hair and grime, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. These conditions deviate grossly from the advertised standards, and the host's lack of communication exacerbated the inconvenience. I feel thoroughly misled by the property's failure to disclose the scaffolding and its neglect of basic amenities and cleanliness.

Brilliant location close till everything..room clean and tidy also everything I needed for short trip away will definitely look to rebook same property

Communication was second to none. We wished to arrive early and were accommodated. We couldn’t have wanted more from our stay
