Nice appartements, modern and functional, right in the town center.

Kind, helpful and patient staff. They have no own parking places, but the recommended parking garage is close by, with a lot of places, and they give a voucher to simplify the payment and provide discount. Great bed. Full length mirror. Good bread at breakfast. Close to the city center, but outside the ZTL (but do not go to the outward direction, there are creepy faces).

By far the greatest problem is that there was very loud shouting at 7 a.m., if I identified correctly from the staff. You can’t turn off the air conditioner. A 2nd chair would be extremely helpful in the room. Narrow shower. Not enough space to pack in the bathroom. No shower cap and body lotion.

The room was very spacious, with big windows. The bathroom was very clean. Everything looked new, so it was comfortable and nice. The breakfast was delicious, with many options.

The shower was a bit too small, but of course, this was not an inconvenience.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean and comfortable. The hotel’s administrator was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even going out of his way to assist us with our luggage and show us to our room. Highly recommended!

We stayed just for one night with our 5month old baby. The hotel is just a 15min walk from the train station and very close to the main central area with lots of bars and restaurants. The staff was nice and helpful. We got upgraded to a studio which was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed & good shower. There was a kitchen but unfortunately no kitchen utensils at all, so I'm not sure what the kitchen was for. Maybe they'll provide that if you stay longer. The breakfast was good but not amazing. I was hoping for pancakes based on one of the photos but unfortunately there was none.
