This was a great location. It was only a 5 minute taxi ride to Leeds city centre. There is plenty of living and bedroom space with fantastic outside space also. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were super comfy. Excellent communication from our host. We a had a fabulous time

A gorgeous, clean, and spacious property perfect for our group trip. Linen was very fresh and beds very comfy. A great space for large groups. Host Mike was very responsive, helpful, and conscientious. We would definitely stay again.

A little bit tricky to find immediately as you have to drive over a pavement to access and some of the road is unfinished. Otherwise, no issues at all.

The property was excellent, modern design, quiet street, spotless from top to bottom. Me and my group had a very enjoyable stay. Credit to the owner for the pride they take in this property and facilities they offer. Will be the only place I’ll be booking when returning to Leeds. Thanks Mike much appreciated.

Very modern and spacious. Comfortable with great little touches to make the stay comfortable.

The road leading to the property wasn’t finished so had raised manholes. This ain’t the property’s fault and will be a short term issues but it’s just a heads up to drive carefully
