Studio - résidence côtière luxe

Un sitio muy cómodo, limpio y unas instalaciones muy buenas. Piscina compartida muy bonita. Hay parking para aparcar el coche sin coste. El personal muy majo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema al llegar y se hizo de cargo de todo.

Cosy decorated small studio (actually it is one room), good for 1 or 2 people. Gated compound, with parking just right next to the apartment. The apartment is overall well equipped with all the stuff one needs incl a Nespresso coffee machine, and sufficient towels (incl beach or pool towels). There is a pool which can be used and which is large enough to swim.

It would benefit from a regular real deep-cleaning ... (bathroom, kitchen, behind the bed and sofa.. well all the places one easily forgets to clean). The water pressure for the shower is low... and the towels lose a lot of fluff. The remote control for the compound parking did not work but was replaced after 2 days. The check in is a bit complicated - read carefully all your emails because somewhere the code is hidden.

The size of the apartment is great! It contains everything that you need (kitchen and cleaning tools, big fridge and washing machine, etc.) The pool and the lounge area is really lovely! It was nice to sunbath and read there at the afternoon!

The sink and the shower was a little bit moldy. Also, the water didn’t go down properly in the shower.

Instructions on how to gain entry to property

The property was advertised as "private pool" and "pool view", what we got was a shared pool area and a parking view. So clearly wrong description. View on the parking is really not very nice and noise from people coming and going. Also for the location you absolutely need a car as it is in the middle of "nowhere" - hidden within a back street. The apartment itself is ok but quite small.
