La sosire, din păcate, nu am putut accesa locația în prima noapte deoarece nu primisem codurile de acces pentru clădire și apartament. Situația a fost stresantă inițial, însă a doua zi am reușit să luăm legătura cu persoanele de contact și cu domnul Gabriel, care s-a dovedit foarte înțelegător. Ni s-au returnat banii pentru prima noapte, ceea ce am apreciat enorm. Comunicarea din a doua zi încolo a decurs foarte bine. Mulțumim pentru gestul corect și profesionalismul dovedit ulterior. Recomand, cu mențiunea de a vă asigura că primiți toate detaliile de check-in din timp.

Din păcate, experiența noastră a fost una foarte neplăcută. În prima noapte nu am putut accesa locația, deoarece nu ni s-au trimis codurile de acces pentru clădire și apartament, deși am încercat să contactăm gazda. Am fost nevoiți să căutăm în ultimul moment o altă cazare, ceea ce ne-a provocat mult stres și disconfort. Consider că este absolut inacceptabil să nu primim informațiile esențiale înainte de check-in, mai ales când sistemul este complet automatizat. Recomand mai multă atenție în comunicarea cu oaspeții și o mai bună organizare. Din păcate, nu aș reveni și nu recomand această cazare.

The apartment was nice and clean and had great views. But my experience with the hosts was not a pleasant one. They have a surveillance camera above the entry door and after I arrived (and went back out again to meet my friends) they contacted me (first they called but I hadn't heard, so then they messaged) saying: "We noticed you brought a cake (I had a box of cookies with me which I had brought for my friend whom I had come to see in the area). Are you planning on having guests? The reservation you made is for one person only (and attached a screenshot of my reservation in Booking to demonstrate that I had booked for just one person)." When I saw this message a couple of ours after they had sent it, I was to say the least surprised, and responded: "That is a strange message to receive. I am your only guest, I hope this answers your question." The next morning someone else texted me (at 8 am) to say: "My colleague from yesterday wanted to make sure you were not having a party because we've had some unpleasant experiences lately. It wasn't with bad intention and yes the message was strange but no matter how we would have said it, it would have still sounded strange". No "I'm sorry", no nothing. Just emoticons and rambling about their problems and how guests can't be trusted." Very unprofessional.

Liked everything. Very stylish and modern apartments

Everything was very good

Spacious. Good views Great couche There's a Japanese toilet (wasn't expecting but it was awesome)

There was no microwave.

Lovely large apartment, everything is there for a comfortable stay, lovely staff. The only inconvenience was very audible neighbours until 2:00am from the common corridor. But this is not the fault of the owners of the apartment. The apartments are great!
