The property itself is quite nice.

The washroom was a bit run down. The shower was very old style. Lights in the washroom are not bright enough. The breakfast place is rather small and gets over crowded at peak times. Breakfast options are limited. There is no bar in the facility.

The hotel is excellent, with a pleasant ambiance. The staff is extremely cooperative, attentive to all needs, and very supportive. The food was delicious, and the buffet breakfast was both tasty and offered a wide variety of options.

Spring mattress is uncomfortable.

Manager "Prabodh Nath" was professional and courteous. He showed good communication skills, leadership abilities and focus on customer service. Restaurant Staff (Minaketan, Bikash, Rakesh, Surmi, and Deepak) were professional, courteous, flexible, attentive, displayed positive attitude and good communication skill. We would love to stay at this hotel and have our meals in the restaurants during our future visit to Cuttack.
