"最悪なホテルの一つ"

部屋はある程度綺麗

・浴室の水の流れが悪く、汚い水が逆流してきた。 ・英語の通じないスタッフが多く、WiFiあるのにないと言われたりした ・チェックインの時にスタッフがおらず、20分待たされた ・国境までのタクシーを呼んでもらい、ホテルにも国境までであることを再三confirmしたのに、結局ドライバーには伝わっておらず、値段も提示時より高くなって困った。また、そのタクシーがとても古くスピードを出すことができなかったため、国境に遅刻した。

Отличное расположение отеля в 200 метрах от Ляби Хауса. Отель состоит из двух корпусов, в обоих корпусах есть рестораны для завтрака: в одном корпусе - на первом этаже, в другом на террасе, нам больше понравился ресторан на террасе (больше выбор блюд и варят натуральный кофе). Персонал отзывчив, всегда готов помочь в любых вопросах, немного говорят по-русски. Русских гостей в отеле очень много. Мы брали два номера на троих. Мебель в номерах немного уставшая, но не критично, полы с подогревом - было очень тепло, сантехника хорошая. Большое спасибо! Рахмат!

The location was excellent Staff was friendly The breakfast was good and served well

Having to take our luggage over stairs This is an old area property conversion and it is 3star, so don’t expect luxury
