Un posto meraviglioso, gestito da persone molto gentili. La casa e la camera sono in stile tradizionale Bukhar, l'atmosfera è fantastica, il che è molto piacevole. Inoltre, il proprietario è sempre pronto ad aiutare e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda...

Location was pretty good, although a good 20 minute walk to some of the major sites. Free bottles of water in the lobby.

Unfortunately, the room I booked didn't seem to exist, so instead of a 'Deluxe Single' I had a room with three beds, which was very basic. There was a kettle, but no mugs or tea/coffee. I didn't actually want them, but the room description had indicated a fully equipped kitchen! My room wasn't made up during my visit. Not a huge issue as I had 3 sets of towels etc anyway! The only time I saw anyone on reception was when I arrived and when I left. I saw no other guests at any time, including breakfast - which was individually prepared, not a buffet as advertised. Breakfast was ok, but there was a lot of food waste as I didn't want much of what I was given.The staff I met were polite and tried to be helpful, but they had extremely limited English. All in all, it was ok - I just felt disappointed that it wasn't as advertised. Reading back other reviews, I can't recognise the hotel. Maybe they just had a bad week?

Оченть достойный небольшой отель, расположенный рядом с исторической частью города. Отлично подойдет для путешественников, которые хотят остановиться в тихом и уютном месте рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. + Хорошее расположение + Дружелюбный персонал + Шведский стол завтрак.

Уютный чистый отель в национальном стиле. Великолепное расположение - совсем рядом от центральной площади и в то же время тихо. Вежливые сотрудники, готовые помочь. Принесли из столовой еще чайник, чашки в номер. Вкусные разнообразые завтраки. Заказывали трансфер. Хоть и вышло дороже, чем такси, но не искали друг друга, подъехали к самому порогу отеля. Вежливый водитель.

The room was very inconvenient — the wardrobe blocked access to the bed (its doors were detached and placed separately), and the power sockets were behind the bed, making them unusable. Only one socket could actually be used. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. The room itself was small, and cleanliness was questionable. We had wonderful hotels in Samarkand and Khiva, so this one was a real shock... At one point, the electricity went out, so I went to ask when it would be restored. A staff member told another one that I had already eaten — as if we were trying to steal the poor breakfast 😁 — and I got a rather suspicious look. Honestly, I suggest choosing a different hotel — you won’t regret it. Thank you for the free water, but everything else was a disaster.
