הדירה הייתה מאוד נוחה, נקייה ונעימה. שהגענו אמא של בעל הדירה חיכתה לנו וקבלנו עוגה מעשה יד, ופירות טעימים. הדירה קרובה למרכזי קניות, ומרחק של 10 דקות מנמל התעופה. אנחנו מרוצים מאוד מהשירות שקיבלנו. תודה

The flat is super clean and extremely well equipped. The hosts are warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the savoury cake!

Od začiatku intenzívna komunikácia s majiteľom. Ochota prispôsobiť sa nášmu skorému príchodu. V apartmáne sme mali naozaj všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Ako bonus tam bolo malé občerstvenie na uvítanie. Využili sme aj posedenie za domom, ktorý je v tichej časti mesta. Lokalita, aj keď nie v centre, ponúka možnosť zaparkovať auto na ulici, alebo sa presunúť na neďalekú autobusovú zastávku. Pochopiť systém mestskej dopravy trvalo trochu dlhšie, ale zvládli sme to. Neďaleko sú supermarkety, lekáreň, kaviareň, pekáreň...Majiteľ sa zaujímal o nás aj počas pobytu a poradil nám niekoľko dobrých pláží a reštaurácií.

V ubytovaní chýbali koše na triedený odpad. Tie by sme odporúčali v budúcnosti zabezpečiť - aspoň na plasty a papier. V jednej izbe nebolo okno, ale o tom sme vedeli vopred. Táto izba je však klimatizovaná, ako aj zvyšok miestností.

The guest was extremely responsive and proactive prior to our arrival, and helpful with all kinds of information we could need. The host's mother lived above us, and despite not speaking English, her kindness and warm welcome made us feel at home. She even arranged a taxi for us early in the morning to the ferry as we were leaving for Santorini. Everything was beyond our expectations. It was more than just about the place, which was neat and spotless, but also about feeling safe and in good hands. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Heraklion for either a long or short stay.

I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

We liked the apartment. It was modern. And super clean. We would recommend it.

Only the location. We felt a bit unsafe. But apart of that everything was nice.
