Die Wohnung war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage war sehr gut, da man Restaurants, Supermärkte sowie den Strand in unmittelbarer Umgebung hatte. Der Eigentümer war stets gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Er hat versucht alles möglich zu machen. Wir waren mit einem 1-Jährigen Baby vor Ort, auch hier wurd und kostenlos ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt.

I stayed at this property for what was meant to be an 8-night visit. Unfortunately, midway through the stay there was a water leak close to the electrical fittings, which meant I couldn’t safely remain in the property and had to move to a hotel for the rest of the trip. The owner was friendly and did try to be helpful and I understand this was an unexpected situation for them as well. However, the issue itself was quite serious, and the process of trying to sort out a refund for the unused nights has been difficult and still isn’t resolved. While communication was initially great, I would have expected a higher priority with the safety issues. I’m sharing this so that future guests are aware of what happened. I hope the issue has now been fully fixed and that future stays go smoothly but based on my experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same stress on their holiday.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und waren immer für uns ansprechbar. Verschiedene Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar und ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! Extremely comfortable, lovely furnished, and quiet at night. We wish our vacation took longer than a week...two lovely beaches are just 5 up to 8 minutes walk. Supermarket 2 minutes away. And the most important the host was all the time in touch with us. We recommend that place to everyone who wants to spend a great vacation. We do hope to come back in future!

Ideal apartamento en una muy buena zona de costa Teguise. Las instalaciones del piso están muy bien cuidadas, te hacen sentir en casa. Tanto el anfitrión como Tania encantadores y a disposición siempre. Un placer de estancia y de isla. Sin duda, esperamos volver.

Increíble estancia en Lanzarote gracias, en parte, a este alojamiento. En todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros facilitándonos la entrada y resolviendo cualquier duda que pudiésemos tener. Tanto Miguel Ángel como Tania fueron encantadores. Recomiendo este alojamiento sin duda.

Emplacement super, au calme tout en étant trés proche des lieux de vie. Les hôtes étaient trés facilitant avec notamment une arrivée tardive (01 heure du matin). L’appartement était spacieux pour 4 personnes avec un balcon terrasse trés agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.
