Clean room in a good location on the resort. Access to a shared pool.

The AC didn’t work, despite saying the technician had been to repair it. A portable unit was provided in the room but meant having to leave the window open at all times. This meant the room was very hot every time we came back and took 30-45 minutes to cool down. Despite saying in the ad you have access to all the resort facilities, I wasn’t able to access the gym without paying $75! This is because the property is actually an Airbnb, not mentioned on the ad… I booked an identical room here via booking.com a few years ago and had free access to the gym. Overall the room was clean but a large amount of dust did fall out from the bathroom fan when turned on.
