Top Lage, sehr zentral in Bica/Santos, viele Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ganzes Gebäude neu renoviert, alles so gut wie neu. sehr praktische kleine Wohnung, mit Küche. Kleiner Arbeitstisch, könne auch stundenweise arbeiten. Wir hatten das App. in 3 Stockwerk, war hell und ruhig, aber die Treppen hoch sind steil, nichts für wenig bewegliche Personen. Ruhige Strasse, da Fußgängerweg. Vom Restaurant kommt Lärm, aber die Fenster dämmen sehr gut.
