Rams Guest House with Kitchen Near Kochu Veli Railway station & Lulu Mall

I liked the personal attention and kidness of Mr Ram and his wife, they are great hosters.

My wishes are not all under Mr Ram authority and responsability because the biggest problems there are; electricity service that stop at 10 am and returns after 18 hours, wifi service that was absent the fisrt 3 days and last 2 days I was there. And a road that is in construction so get taxi is complicarte, walk by the street is complicarte too . My advises to Mr are do clear rules for guest regarding the waste handle because suddendly much meals waste in hallways and strong smelling all house. No drunkers inside means no allowed drunk beverages maybe if he gives a letter with commitment rules to signature every Booking,he could protect other guest, protect his property and himself including agains legal no compliances.

Photos in the booking com and the property is completely different..staff doesn't know any local language except hindi

The property was accessible via Uber. It is a bit far from the main road where Lulu mall is present. Room did have a AC and heater. Bed was comfortable and there was a Dish TV.

The cupboards in the room were partially broken in the inside. 2 out 3 lights were not functioning. There was even a cockroach roaming around the bed. Wifi was not working and cell reception is barely there.
