The tiled floor was super slippery from the pool Also had to be careful as some of the timber in the bedrooms was uneven.

Villa Malya is an exceptional accommodation choice, especially for families or groups of friends. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and features a stunningly large pool that became one of the highlights of our stay. The location is perfect—close to the heart of Seminyak and all its restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer peace, privacy, and a break from the noise of busy streets. The owner and caretaker were outstanding. They were consistently helpful, professional, and proactive, always checking in and assisting with transport arrangements and anything else we needed. Their warm hospitality truly elevated our experience. Overall, Villa Malya is a highly recommended place to stay in Seminyak—comfortable, serene, and supported by an amazing team who go above and beyond.

Our host, Yayu, was awesome and made sure our group were well taken care of - organising pick up from the airport, and allowing us to stay later on checkout to not have a big gap between getting to our next accomodation. It was also helpful that there was a supply of plug converters, bug spray, sunblock, etc. Our group had a wonderful time, loved the pool and the setup of the place - there were 8 of us and it felt like we all had space.
Some of the group struggled with the heat levels in the rooms. While there is AC units in each room, some didn't have fans so there wasn't anything to circulate the colder air around the room - might be worth considering getting a couple extra fans to help with keeping the rooms cooler, particularly at night.
