Struttura vecchia, nel bagno c’era sempre odore proveniente dagli scarichi.

Zona, aproape de centrul orașului.

Iese apa prin sertarele de la chiuvetă, pereții sunt foarte murdari și nu s-a văzut nimic pe geam, având acoperit tot blocul (renovare). Acesta a fost de fapt motivul pentru care am ales apartamentul, pentru priveliștea de pe geam. Un alt minus, dar la care ne așteptam, a fost foarte cald și aerul condiționat deloc strălucit.

Este într-o locație foarte bună, aproape de multe puncte de interes. Apartamentul este curat, prosoape și lenjerii curate, baie frumoasă. Procesul de check in/out foarte ok, și explicit

Zonă foarte gălăgioasă datorită mașinilor, trebuie să dormi cu geamul închis, ventilatorul funcționa, însă aerul condiționat cred ca nu avea freon, destul de dificil vara sa dormi cu geamurile închise. Situat într-un bloc foarte vechi, nu este lumină pe etaj
