An easy walk from the beach and from the bars and restaurants on Cll Loiza while being far enough away to not have so much traffic noise - location is really wonderful. Checking in and out was super smooth and the inner courtyard with a hammock is a great touch. The fans between rooms help a lot with airflow and just make sure to run the bathroom fan while using it to avoid stuffiness! While it is bookable for three and we had no problems, bathroom access is just through the master bedroom so be aware of that if you're not very close.

The entire place was very clean and perfect for two people. It was a good general area and there were plenty of nearby restaurants/bars. The beach is also a walk down the street.

The only slight thing was a lack of privacy with the front door and window. Anyone can really see in from the road at night, but we just hung stuff to cover.

Todo estaba muy bien, el apartamento era amplio , estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. El baño estaba equipado con todo, hasta tampones tenía, crema de la cara, champú...etc. La cama era muy cómoda, todo estaba en orden, limpio.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara, la verdad es que volveríamos a repetir, por el precio no se puede pedir más en San Juan.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a rental car. Parking is free on street, though difficult to find at times. 10 mins drive to the airport and 15 mins to the old town. Place is very nice and clean, and the host provided ample cleaning products to keep it that way. We asked for some recommendations of places to eat, they replied promptly, and the food there was one of the best. Check-in and out was really smooth. Comfortable bed, and a/c working great. Highly recommended for a couple or even more as it has a futon bed in the living room, though we never used it.

Entrance door opens on to the street and has a stained glass film, which is not 100% private. Not a big issue if you're not planning to sleep in the living room.

It had everything I needed! It was cozy and close to everything

Honestly I have nothing bad to say! The only thing I could maybe think of is the front door is not private enough for me. I think people can see my shadow walking around in the apartment, maybe a little curtain could fix that.

Incluye tanto toallas de baño como de playa, colchas, champus, secador, plancha de pelo... La cama para dos personas cómoda. El patio interior muy mono. Televisión con Netflix, Prime, Disney.... y cocina totalmente equipada con salsas y condimentos para darle sabor a tus comidas.

La ubicación de noche da un poco de mal royo. Además la puerta del apartamento se cierra solo con pestillo, sin llave, y da directamente a la calle, puerta que es traslucida y de noche ves perfectamente si pasa alguien.

Amazing location, incredibly clean, the patio was lovely, TV had good access to streaming services, and the size is perfect for 2 people.

That I can’t live there

This little gem of a place is absolutely perfect! Location, safety, quietness! I traveled in December with my mom so I wanted a safe place and quiet area. It had it all! I loved the minimal decor and the comfort of the main area. The size of the apartment is great enough for 4 people. The bed was super cozy with feathers pillows and fluffy comforter, the shower is AMAZING ( it was nice and hot) the kitchen was great it had everything we needed for cooking. And the adorable little patio with the hammock was a cherry on top!
