"Great stay"

Spacious living room and well equipped kitchen.

The slopped ceiling in the top bathroom was difficult to navigate for someone over 6 foot tall.

When we reported front door not locking, they responded quickly and came out to help. He also gave us a temporary freezer and more mugs (only 2 in the cupboard) and glasses.

The house was dirty, run down, and everything was either broken or didn't work properly. Back door didn't lock, freezer completely iced up, kettle not working properly, we loaded dishwasher couldn't find switch so assumed also not working. Bed on top floor wasn't changed from previous tenants luckily we had enough beds on 1st floor.

Kitchen was quite well equipped with pots pans and cutlery. House smelling good. Diffusers in all washrooms. Very nice bath towels. Comfortable beds.

"Disappointing"

Facilities not well equipped, light broken not replace, the heater not work properly, backyard door keyhole cannot open as there's a broken key inside.
