La cocina tenía lavavajillas y lavadora

1 de los baños no iba el agua caliente en la ducha, no tragaba el sumidero de la bañera y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota, había pelos en el suelo del baño y la toalla del suelo estaba sucia, el ascensor no funcionaba el último día. Planta 9. Y el acceso mediante códigos y aplicaciones de móvil es complicado, falla ocasionalmente.

"Estancia casi perfecta"

Ubicación e instrucciones de acceso. Limpieza. Seriedad.

No funciona el aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones. Es cierto que había un ventilador, pero si nos llega a tocar una noche tropical hubiese sido un problema para conciliar el sueño.

The apartment is centrally located and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and the apartment is a good size for a family of 4.

Very hard to check in. Lack of instructions throughout the stay. We booked because the apartment had secure parking and weren't told it wasn't available. We were provided parking, but a 15 minute walk away. Showers are hard to use. Barely any hot water and when the hot water does arrive, it is very hot!

Beautiful apartment, short drive to Jerez attractions, big supermacado nearby, aircon in lounge area.

Nothing to dislike...lovely place. If to improve, but not a complaint at all! Could do with fans in bedrooms in height of summer. Bath and shower a little outdated but functional. Provision of essential tea/coffee/sugar/milk on arrival would be great for those travelling from afar.
