+ gute Lage, 15min zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, 5min zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Beachbar + tägliche Zimmerreinigung, alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher + große Küche mit Kühlschrank zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung + freundliches Personal (Reinigung und Küche) + Frühstücksbuffet mit Saft, Tee/Kaffee/Kaba (Gemüse oder geschnittene Früchte sowie Vollkornbrot wären noch super) + Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und in der Straße

- ein Badezimmer inkl. für 5 Personen (Duplo + Triplo) -> oft zu Stoßzeiten belegt - Sauberkeit im geteilten Badezimmer (auch abhängig von den Nutzer*innen) - kleines Zimmer mit wenig Stauraum
