Dervish Cave House & Restaurant

We loved the location with our room set into the rock—very authentic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful views and great restaurants nearby made it a wonderful family stay.

Location is great. BF was very good.

Host tried to make money by selling tours and balloon rides at much more expensive prices than the market.

I arrived at this hotel for my three night stay to be told that I'd been upgraded to a cave suite with a private terrace. What a fantastic start to my stay! I was a little ill with a cold for most of my stay so to have this very comfortable room and the Olympics on TV was a godsend. This was also the last three nights of a six week holiday so I fully intended to relax with or without a cold. It's ideally situated in town and close to all of the shops and restaurants but also very quiet. The rooms are tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean and the bed is very comfortable Breakfast was superb and the staff could not have been friendlier. I had to leave before breakfast was served on my last day and they alerted the kitchen so that I could have breakfast early.

Great room, amenities and staff service. It is situated a little short walk uphill. Otherwise close to everything. There are 2 entrances into the reception area.

So that no one gets dissapointed to plan a sunrise hot balloon pics. the rooftop area was not as shown in the promo picture. We were unpleasantly told the space no longer exists. The space is currently used for rooftop bar and restaurant. Too many lights tall bar stools. The hotel should remove the first promo photo to reduce misadvertisement.

Fabulous location, the staff were great - super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable.
