La ubicacion y la habitación, ambas perfectas

Dificultad para abrir portal y la habitación con las llaves

La habitación linda es remodelado las instalaciones funcionan bien.

No avisan que hay muchas escaleras está en un segundo, casi 3 pisos. Nadie te ayuda con las maletas, ni tienen siquiera un sistema para subir el equipaje como he visto en otros lados. Eso desluce el resto de buenas cosas que tiene.

Localização, amabilidade da pessoa que nos recebeu. Reservou parque para o carro muito perto do alojamento. Tinha uma ventoinha grande.

Pouco papel higiénico, pouco gel de banho e a a estrutura do duche inundava a casa de banho. Ar condicionado não funcionava

Perfect location in the heart of the city, but on a private and quiet street with no noise from outside. Fabrizio was a fantastic host and answered all my questions when I need, also helped to organise a taxi for me from the airport. The room and apartment is authentic, with beautiful decor and also really clean too. Value for money was excellent and I would highly recommend.

The room is nice, but on the photo it seems to be bigger than it really is. The check in was easy and everything was fine. We had a lovely stay.

I loved the room, it is very charming. The location is great, a few minutes from Quatro Canti and the whole lively old center. And the staff were helpful and friendly.

Charming apartment. The location is good, very close to the cathedral and the main street (promenade), but the alley itself where the accommodation is located is deserted and with homeless people.

Instead of towels we got something that looks like kitchen towels. Towels were not changed for 3 days. There is no elevator, which is a problem when you come with suitcases
