Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, die Lage ist super. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Wasser, dort findet man alles was man braucht, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Eisdielen und kleine Supermärkte.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte mal ein Update gebrauchen. Die Pfannen sind abgenutzt und zerkratzt, eine Pfanne funktioniert nicht mal auf dem Induktionsherd (ärgerlich vor allem, da es schon mal zuvor bemängelt wurde) Die Duschamatur ist falsch installiert, funktioniert aber trotzdem... Mit den Baustellen hatten wir scheinbar Glück, denn während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde fast nichts dort gearbeitet, aber nur um das mal einzuordnen: es wird nicht nur ein bisschen renoviert, sondern es werden komplett neue Gebäude außenherum gebaut. Es standen 3 große Kräne um das Ferienhaus herum. Man sollte sich also am besten vorab über den Fortschritt dort informieren. Wir mussten bei Ankunft 90€ für die Reinigung und 30€ für Handtücher und Bettwäsche (außerdem noch Kurtaxe, aber das ist ja normal) zahlen. Bei einem Preis von 290€ die Nacht könnte man so etwas eigentlich als inklusive erwarten... 3.000€ insgesamt ist schon ziemlich heftig.

Everything was wonderful - the view from the apartment is unique, we enjoyed it every day. The apartment is great, comfortable and very clean. We found everything we could possibly need in it. A big bonus was that we got a garage for the car. Because of this, we were glad that the car was not heated by the sun. The pool is great and clean. Thanks to the host Flavio for his care and attention to his guests. We sincerely recommend this wonderful house.
